Anyone who's had a computer crash and needs it for work can understand how stressful that can be. From my first phone call with Michael, telling him about my issue, to meeting him shortly after to repair my device (and ultimately helping me resolve things), I was so impressed by his kindness, hospitality and professionalism. I can't tell you how grateful I am to have a resource like this just fifteen minutes away rather than driving two hours round trip to get to the nearest best buy geek squad.
