They did a good job cleaning up my laptop. I'm using their security system. I took my laptop in because I was having problems with one I had download on the web which I thought might be a scam. Still don't know if I was or not. I do know, I won't be downloading a thing off the web again.

I have called for support several times over the last few days. Derek and Mike have been very helpful in trying to find the best resolution to my laptop issue.
