Bought a laptop here for a great price for its specs. Thought it would be a swift in and out transaction but I had to wait over half and hour for them to "update the drivers" and what not just to find out they didn't reset it to default factory settings. Instead they only relabeled the used computer I bought into my name while keeping their logo and user information logged in. Luckily I'm a tech nerd and reset it myself.
I don't know what they were up to cause everything was set up with limitations I couldn't access most windows programs. Fishy eh or maybe it's my trust issues. Either way I'm glad to find that great deal.

As a small business owner, it's tempting to save money any way possible. With help from discoverpc's team, I have learned that pc and software maintenance are the wrong places to try this. Even for a simple set-up, having dependable equipment, the right software and back-up systems, etc. are complex and time consuming. Downtime and fixes after owner-operator errors or other unforeseen problems costs much more than making good choices on the front-end.
It's embarrassing at best and catastrophic at worst to delay client deliverables due to problems that could have been avoided. Discover PC has done a great job of positioning me to keep my small, pc intensive business running at all times.

Every time I have a question or an issue they are ready and willing to help. I go to them for all my computer needs. I just recently brought in my computer that they helped build for me for a cleaning and tune-up. They take great care of me!
