My employer outsources to CyberTechs. Great, responsive staff; but you might as well hire an 85 year old woman to manage your cyber security. If a Manitowoc business is ever hit with a cyber attack, I'm willing to bet that it will be a CyberTechs client.

I was promised a computer would be be ready for pickup in AT MOST 3 days. After 4 days, I was told it would be ready in 1 day. I was never called to inform me of any delay. VERY ANGRY at the quality of service at the Manitowoc facility!

Hey sorry to leave a review when I've never been to your business but that review by "Nancy Jensen" is totally fake you should flag it, I already did for you. Click on their account and check out their other reviews, they are all 1 star for PC repair shops and some of them have responses saying they were never a customer. The only positive review is for a PC repair place in sheboygan which somehow is five stars when they gave everyone else 1.
Since I never was a customer of yours I just put five stars to even out with the fake 1 you received, although that only averages out to two 3-star reviews it's the best I can do. Edit: Ozaukee / Sheboygan PC Repair is the one place they rated 5 stars, and I highly doubt they had horrible experiences at 18 PC repair shops and then all of a sudden one was perfect.

Josh is very responsive and fixes software and computer problems quickly and professionally. We buy all our office computers from CyberTechs Consulting. He installs the new computers with our existing software already installed to make the upgrade seamless and quick with no down time in the office. He is also a very good problem solver when computers and software have trouble communicating. I highly recommend Josh to install and service all your computer and software needs.
