This lady is great. No, make that Super-Great. In less than 15 minutes she cured problems with my laptop that have frustrated me for a year. There is no user manual that can compare to her expertise. Thanks so much. By the way folks, she charged me $20.00 when I would have expected much, much more.

The service was great. Reasonably priced. Only problem was the place was closed several times with no explanation even tho we were there during regular business hours. We had a long drive to get there so it was a challenge.

The young man that helped me get my Beats Flex Bluetooth ear buds to connect with my new HP laptop was polite and knowledgeable. He calmed me down and had everything working in no time.
