The owner and what seemed like his significant other did a flawless job getting my 1500$ custom pc working. Needless to say I went through all the trouble to build my first pc, and the worst happened no post (for non tech people that's sometimes power but nothing on the screen). I knew I was handing him a blank slate with no idea where to start. He fixed it diagnosed the good parts so I can determine if it was worth saving and installed the new parts!
While keeping my custom paint job lights and extras intact. I paid 200$ and change and the turn around was better than you can really expect with the level of complexity. No debate. If anything happens in the future I will be returning with a smile because I know logistics will fix it or break the hard news of getting something new. Long story short fantastic experience, friendly, professional, down to earth, and affordable. Next time I go I'll be cash tipping on top of what they want because they earn it.

I had recently taken my Xbox to a different repair shop to have my HDMI replaced, unfortunately the job was butchered and in need of repair again. I thankfully stumbled upon Logistics and definitely made the right decision sending my console here. Ben was very hands on and provided excellent work and customer service. He Went into great detail on the work he was putting in on my console and was extremely time efficient. Reached out to me on multiple occasions to inform me of the repairs he was putting in and was incredibly friendly. The cost was also just as affordable as any other repair place as well, would absolutely recommend 10 times out of 10

Very professional. Knowledgeable. Responded to questions quickly. Repair was made, with pictures, the day the item was received at their shop. And shipped back out same day. All while still be cheaper than local competition in my area. they are rockstars and would definitely recommend.
