Internet seems to have dropouts daily and even when it does work the packet loss is horrible

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Internet service does not work. Disconnects on a daily bases. Will not cancel without a cancellation fee.

Horrible internet. This is one of the worst internet I've ever seen. All of there plans are horrible, all of them are over priced. It is pretty crazy just how much they want you to pay for 1 Mbps which they say is actually 7 Mbps. Every day my internet goes from 1 Mbps to 300 Kbps I'm paying 140 dollars a month for 300 Kbps. I have called about this multiple times and none of the employees pickup. It has now been a whole month since I have left my info.

The single worst internet and service i have experienced, a constant 80-90% packet loss, often over 1000ms delay, download speeds PEAK at 120kbps and after many many times contacting them, my service has gotten better for roughly two days and they otherwise say to "buy a new router" although there is zero support for this being the issue considering the last time they said i "shouldn't need a new one for 5 years" dishonest, malfunctioning, overpriced, and they get away with it because they are one of the few options available. should be criminally charged for their malpractices.

Edit: a week later and we still don't have a stable connection. Please save yourself the headache and don't sign with Willits Online. I don't think I can adequately describe the frustration and strife that has come with signing on with this company. We are ending our service because our 12 month contract is finally up, and it would have cost somewheres around $300 to cancel prematurely.

It took 6 weeks for our service to even begin after signing up. And to be fair to the staff they did their best to solve the problem. But it wasn't in their power to fix. It was in AT&T's. That's issue with resellers, I guess: all the fuss and none of the solutions. What earns their one star rating is the year of absolute garbage connection. It's fine if you have one device at a time, including your phone.

Or if you have the patience to wait overnight or days for a large download. It's fine, if you don't mind waiting 5 minutes to load Facebook and Twitter when another device is connected. Or another 5 minutes when you want to load comments. It's manageable if you don't care when your voice cuts out of Skype or Discord calls. It's okay when Netflix or other streaming sites can't load becuase there is a download elsewhere. Sardonics aside it's been a mess of a year with this internet provider.

There are constant connection issues that last hours or days. In fact, I am writing this review during an essentially blacked out connection! From 8pm last night to 10am the next morning we have not had stable internet for more than 5 minutes at a time. It's still going! And it's not the first time. If you value your connection with our internet based world, do not sign on with this provider. We pay $50 a month, you can and should do better.

Lousy internet, Lousy service. I've had this internet for a while now. It's not impressive in the slightest and is honestly not reliable for business, school, gaming or even daily use. AT&T actually has more stable internet at 20 mbps than even the larger internet package deals that WillitsOnline offers and at a lower price. The customer service felt as if they even knew less than I do about internet and every time I called or walked in it was the same spiel about a bigger package or better router when I'm legitimately the only person using the internet service.

I want to support this local internet company but 92 dollars for a package that gives me 5mbps is just downright false advertising and outright greedy on their part. Do yourself a favor and get a different ISP because WillitsOnline is all regrets.

They have been extrememly clear costumer service is great! I live in a rural area so not much internet options! But Willits online is fast and reliable.

I love this isp. They do t ofder as much bandwidth as I could use, and they charge too much bit offer a very transparent shop and tech support is second to none.

I signed up for service on Feb 12th and STILL have not been set up for service. I have called 3 times and left messages but received no call backs! They charged my credit card for service and won't deliver. I don't recommend them at all!

WillitsOnline is staffed with helpful and accessible personnel. The response is immediate. And the pricing of the service is better than the competition. I'm happy to shop local.
