They broke my laptops replacement keyboard. The esc key is now lose and sometimes does not press unless fully pressed down. My laptop screen has 2 missing screws, they claimed I stripped them already. My case on the keyboard side will no longer fully close because they cracked the screw hole. I'm just glad they didn't decide to take my hard drive and replace it with a low end drive at this point.
They proceeded to blame me for giving them a broken laptop even though i have never opened it up. If they were not holding my laptop for ransom I would of never paid for the repairs. Horriable buisness practice to blame the customer. The only reason they are still in business is because of older people living in the general area. Look elsewhere for repairs on your computers. I reported them to the BBB already for a strike.

BusinessWare is the only place I will take my computer. They truly know what they are doing and don't try and up-sell you to death. Wayne and Debbie and Staff know what they are doing and are true professionals. If you are having issues with your computer, don't take it to nerds or geek squad. BusinessWare puts them all too shame. Not kids working on your computer, but true educated professionals.
I have also signed up for their security monitoring. If I ever have an issue, they can remotely log into my computer and fix it immediately. I love this! I am a customer for life.

I have been using BusinessWare for quite a few years. They keep my server and the rest of the system in great working order. They also maintain and repair my home computer. I have purchased components as well as full computers from them. Their service is unsurpassed and if I could give them more than a 5 star rating, I would! They are fabulous!
