I am a college student who is actively using my laptop to communicate, work and upload large files. My laptop is a necessity. Over the years BusinessWare has been at my beck and call, treating me with the upmost respect and exceptional customer service. I am happy to support local family businesses such as BusinessWare, they by far go above and beyond to help you navigate all your electronics and purchase new to replace the old. They broke my laptops replacement keyboard. The esc key is now lose and sometimes does not press unless fully pressed down. My laptop screen has 2 missing screws, they claimed I stripped them already. My case on the keyboard side will no longer fully close because they cracked the screw hole. I'm just glad they didn't decide to take my hard drive and replace it with a low end drive at this point.

They proceeded to blame me for giving them a broken laptop even though i have never opened it up. If they were not holding my laptop for ransom I would of never paid for the repairs. Horriable buisness practice to blame the customer. The only reason they are still in business is because of older people living in the general area. Look elsewhere for repairs on your computers. I reported them to the BBB already for a strike.
