I first met Thomas when he was working out of a closet at his father's business, Tom Mandry Electric. He was just starting out in technology services. His father's firm did a lot of quality work for us, and still does, even after Tom retired. Thomas had a great example in his father as a leader and a businessman who cared deeply about quality. Once Thomas built Mandry Technology Solutions brick headquarters I told him I was glad that someone was digging in for the long haul.
Our businesses had been through a multitude of technology firms that came and then abruptly went. Each time was traumatic for us as we had to retrain the new firms. We have been a customer of Mandry Technology Solutions since its inception and have seen tremendous growth in the quality and breadth of services offered. They are quick to respond to my CIO's needs, and enable him to manage four restaurant locations and a corporate office, as well as a multitude of mobile devices, networks, and Office 365. We have been partnered with MTS for 8 years. They took a very close look at our environment early on and offered multiple options for long-term strategy. The focus has never been exclusively on technology, but on how technology can be used as a tool to enhance the way we do business. The project team was very hands on when needed, but they allowed us to dig in and do most of the configuration. After a major overhaul, the support team has been very reliable and quick to respond when escalation is necessary. Would highly recommend to businesses of any size.
