Tim Ancona is President/CEO of Ticomix and Aptris. In 2013, he launched Aptris as a dedicated ServiceNow Partner focused on advancing Service Management practices in large organizations. Aptris has since become a Gold Partner with ServiceNow, putting them in the top 5% of U.S. partners. And in 2018 and 2019, Aptris was named one of the top 50 small- to midsize U.S. businesses to work for by Comparably.com. Outside of business, Tim spends his time with his wife of 30 years, Karen, and their 3 children, Ashley, Justin and Brandon.
