Outlook went down, could not troubleshoot/reopen, was visiting town, they dropped what they were doing and would not rest until I was back up. Didn't even lose the stuff in the outbox. Highly service-oriented, time-sensitive, and recommended. Full marks.

They are great! Fixed my laptop, replaced keyboard. They checked everything out before I left the store including drive. I will get a new computer there when this one finally gives up the ghost. Said they would transfer all my files, no problem.

I will tell you this. This company knows what they're doing, and they do it right. I purchased an IBM (Now Lenovo) back from them back when they were an up-and-coming computer store, some years back. Purchased another Thinkpad 6 years later, and just recently picked up a Dell laptop and Emachines desktop (used) from them. I will be a continuous customer if they keep their image up. Good prices, friendly staff that is knowledgeable in the field in which they work, and they are compassionate, meaning that they don't take the easy route. They make sure that your issue is satisfied.

Note that their website states that they service Lenovo, but what it doesn't tell you is that they only service commercial products, so don't bother calling them if you have a "non-commercial" model, such as the Yoga brand.
