Traveling and working from a temporary residence. Work computer battery was swelling. Doug answered his phone on first ring, gave me directions to his office and my battery was out with no worries in less than 10 minutes. He was professional and friendly and took precautions for masks/social distancing.

Very poor service. The owner is very arrogant and knows nothing. Claims to know it all. Go to Denver for much better service. Also, rates are very high.

Doug is the man. He was quick, and extremely helpful, got everything we needed! If it were not for Doug, we would've had to wait two weeks for our solution.
