We have used Velosity Electronics for their tech expertise for many years. They know how to talk real language so customers understand it and they have been able to handle every issue our 33 computer network has. In fact we had a state security study a few years ago and they had NO recommendations to improve the network. They were impressed. Thanks Velosity

This place lies about their hours. I called yesterday to have something fixed on my phone. The associate informs me that they are open until 2:00 on Saturdays. So I make the drive up and get there by 1:30. Much to my surprise, they are already closed. I don't like being misled. Therefore, I will find a competitor to give my business to.

My hard drive on my Macbook crashed, and a Mac repair company I went through in STL was unable to get my data back, so they sent it off to a third party who gave me an enormous quote beyond what I could afford. My keyboard stopped working on my laptop and it had recently gotten extremely slow. They said the keyboard's ribbon cable was disconnected and that I needed a solid state drive to be able to use the laptop for what I need it for. Both issues are fixed and it's working as good as new! Had it done within a couple days. They know their stuff!

My daughter's laptop for college suddenly kept crashing. Velocity Electronics was able to repair it the same day! It was a new problem they hadn't seen before, yet were able to quickly diagnose and repair! They also were considerate about the warranty, and advised us with our best interest at heart! I highly recommend them!
