I came to them with some power issues. My laptop power cord had problems powering the laptop unless you finagle the cord. They replaced the power socket, and acted like it was fine. By the end of the day, the problem was back. I feel like I wasted time and money with them. ETA: I did replace the power cord. It did not improve the situation.
