My Technician was Kevin. The solution that was provided was within the specs we requested (cost efficient but handles a data redundancy issue) and was done in a timely manner convenient for the IT staffs' busy schedule. Throughout and after the implementation, the technician provided additional brief training and education so I could monitor the situation in the future. They are very willing, knowledgeable, and coordinated but having at least a brief IT background goes a long way into wise and productive solutions with this group.

If there's one reason to do business with InTech, it's so you can have access to their SECRET GARDEN. Their offices are located on the 6th floor of the Topa building and when you walk out there's a HUGE grass covered lanai that overlooks the entire harbor area and Aloha Tower. I guess this is a common area but they're the only tenants in the building that have access from their offices.
I just attended a party that Integration Technologies and Pacific Edge Magazine hosted on their lanai and just had to write a review to share my experience! I'd book IT services with them just so they invite me to their 4th of July fireworks party! On another note the folks who work at InTech are very friendly and be sure to visit Freddy and Veronica! They have tons of Star Wars cut outs all over the office so yes this is geekville, but I am a HUGE FAN of the nerdy!
