Went to bring in my son's laptop, & I was quickly greeted by a nice lady. Once I told her the issue, she asked one of her teammates to talk to me. My son was not able to log in to his laptop due to a Bit Locker ccide issue. Brian helped me figure out the issue and was able to get the laptop working in under 30 minutes. Brian was patient as I had to recover a password from wife who was at home.

In the end, Brian did not charge me for the diagnosis or the fix for the issue laptop was having. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND coming here for any future laptop concerns. BIG THANK YOU to Computer Village for their AWESOME customer service! Happy Holidays!

What a great business. I took my laptop there and spoke with Jordan. I was getting messages about the hard drive. Jordan explained what could be wrong and exactly what they were going to do. He was able to get the information off the hard drive. Jordan told what to look for in a new laptop and to come back if I had any questions. It is as great to work with someone who is knowledgeable about their work.

Computer Village is professional and trustworthy. They helped me with my black screen of death HP and got to the root of the issue quickly and honestly (even if that meant saving me money on what could have been a very expensive repair). On top of that, they helped get me my laptop back quickly even despite being swamped with helping businesses stay functional during COVID. These folks really helped me out big time and I'll be going with them from now on. Great business!

I brought in an old vista computer that needed repairs. They quickly diagnosed that the motherboard was the issue along with a faulty power button and made the repairs at an inexpensive price with reasonable turn around. Communication was excellent during the entire repair.

My computer was having trouble getting signal after installing new ram. I sent it over to computer village and they fixed and cleaned my computer thoroughly! The staff were very helpful and nice. 10/10 great small business to support.
