My wife's computer was hacked and compromised by an unscrupulous company. We contacted Thatch Computer Consulting and were extremely pleased with their fast, courteous, and first-rate service. We also very much appreciated how patient and understanding the tech person was in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. We would highly recommend this company to anyone else who has been hacked or having other problems with their computer.

Was introduced to Kevin through our phone tech best decision we made to go with this company. The tech support is amazing, they always have helped us immediately. We have been using them for over seven years. The techs are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Big SHOUT OUT TO TYLER! Stayed right by our side during our generator transition. Started working with Thatch Computer Consulting when we moved to the Lansing area and our IT from our old location had trouble servicing us at a distance. The Thatch team was great at familiarizing themselves with our needs and then explaining things to us in a way in which we could understand. As a software consulting firm, we have worked with quite a lot of IT firms and unlike many we have worked with, the Thatch team doesn't judge, they don't try to push unnecessary services, and when something is urgent, they do their very best to make our needs a priority. We have recommended Thatch Computer Consulting to other customers of ours and will continue to do so!

Thatch Computer Consulting has a staff that have a vast amount of technology experience to draw from. Their crew is very personable, but more importantly they have the know how to resolve complex problems. They have been a great backup resource for our company. We've been working with Thatch Computer Consulting as our virtual IT department for several years now and have been very happy with the service they provide. We have a designated primary support technician to contact for service requests (as well as a designated back-up if our primary is not available), which means they know us and understand our unique technology needs whenever we call. The team is very responsive and persistent in finding solutions and/or making no-nonsense recommendations. We operate a small business, but always feel like our service calls are top priority.
