Do not use this company for ANY IT or repair services. Brought in an older laptop to backup and update the operating system (very easy). I am not sure what they did other than overcharge me which I disputed. I cannot use my laptop as the operating system does not work after the "upgrade." Do not expect an itemized invoice of services for your computer or laptop either. Completely unprofessional. I now have unusable laptop. Consumer beware.

I have been looking for a new laptop for some time. It is so very overwhelming with all the different types and brands available. Ron listened to what I was looking for and made a couple of recommendations that were perfect for me. Thanks Ron for all your help!

Brought in computer that had stopped working. I assumed it was not worth fixing beIng older anyway. Mainly just wanted photos recovered. They kept my computer two days, then called and said the data can't be recovered. I picked up the computer and gave it to a friend, who isn't a professional, but dabbles in technology. He recovered my data. Said it was no issue at all getting the photos. This is literally your job and you couldn't do it, but an average joe can?
