DO NOT GO HERE. Took my iPhone 7 in for a simple screen replacement to Dotfoil last year. I was told it would take 2 hours, and it took over 5 hours. I still had not heard from them by 4:30pm, so I went just before they closed at 5pm, and they were still in the process of replacing the screen. They locked the doors after I got in, and I had to wait after hours for a repair I had dropped off at noon that day.
The screen didn't look quite right when I picked it up, and the employee who performed the repairs said "Oh, don't worry. The screen will settle, don't worry about those air bubbles." Well, it never settled and I had to get the screen replaced again by a better shop shortly after. Dotfoil charged me $140 for a screen replacement that they couldn't perform. I only go to Synergy Tech from now on - faster, cheaper, and way better!

Wow! I'm traveling and need the OS reinstalled on my 2021 Macbook Pro. I've called around and been quoted as low as free to $20 to $50. Usually timing off so I'm still looking for a shop that's nearby where I'll be for a couple days. Enter Dotfoil. Close by and I have some time BUT.They wanted $180 to install a Mac OS! $180 for ~5 minutes of set up! Please.$180?! I'm still in shock!

I was using my GoPro camera, SCUBA diving in the Caribbean, to photograph the reefs and tropical fish. The Micro SD card suddenly stopped working and I thought I had lost all the pictures. Took the card to Dotfoil and within 10 minutes they repaired the SD card and recovered the photos. Great people great service.

We are blessed to have Daniel who works at Dot Foil in Santa Fe. My phone was disabled. Went to Verizon who, of course, sent me to Best Buy. Best But tried and after a few hours was sending me to the Albuquerque Apple store. I happened to remember Dot Foil in Santa Fe. Daniel sat down with me and saved me the journey to Albuquerque. Daniel is my hero! This will always be my first stop. Verizon workers want their paycheck and that is all. Geek squad at Best Buy were not as knowledgeable as Daniel.

Brought my iPhone in because I couldn't get the Sim Card out. The technician managed to get it out, cleaned the port, reinserted and sent me away without charging me! I will definitely go back for more consequential issues. (Plus, they have some great deals on refurbished computers that were on display).
