Since being a candidate, i need to write here. I interviewed at cis, in the second round of interview the interviewer asked me the concepts from dot net. Inspite of that neither i have mentioned my skill set on that or related to that. I am a fresher and i posses the skills that you need, but i didn't expect such kind of interview experience from your end. It is quiet disheartening. If you are a good company then do get back to me and resolve the issues that i had faced.

It is a worst IT company to work for. Not because you don't get salary on time but because you don't get chance to grow. Company don't take any interest in your personal well being. You can't take a single holiday without giving proper explanation. And the moment you go to your manager to talk about resignation the company become haunted place, they don't pay you on time after that, remove your all access as if you gonna still and credible information and run away. Working hrs are like the worst nightmares. They say it's 8 but it is never.
