Mike, Ludy, Colin, Daniel, Corinne, and everyone else I have worked with at Amnet has been amazing! They are professional, highly skilled, courteous, and incredibly patient with me! I am technologically challenged and being that we are a non profit ministry our software etc. can often be outdated and/or has been configured by multiple personnel who are no longer here. They always work the issue until it is resolved and get to the bottom of the problem, even when it is convoluted. I seriously do not know what we would do without Amnet and your stellar staff! Amnet is a great small business providing outstanding IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) support to Colorado Springs and southern Colorado. The IT technical team and support staff are amazing! They provide top support to Amnet's clients. Making each client their top priority. I witnessed how much this team cares on a daily basis being their service manager. As with most businesses, Covid19 created extra ordinary challenges preparing our clients to all work remotely. Amnet did an outstanding job preparing every client and all of their employees to continue working and enabling them to continue supporting their families.
All while professionally dealing with Amnet's own Covid impacts. Unfortunately, I am no longer with Amnet due to a family situation that requires me to work remote full time from various locations across the county. I strongly recommend clients and potential employees take a close look at Amnet and see how they can become a wonderful part of your future. We have been working with Amnet since June 2018 and could not be more impressed or pleased with our continued experience. No matter how acute or minimal our IT issue, we always receive a prompt and professional response, usually within minutes of submitting a ticket. From our initial meeting with Trevor, to speaking with Jessica in Service Dispatch, and our interactions with Troy, our System Administrator and all the wonderful additional staff that have assisted us (Stephanie, Damien, Heath and Alexis) - we have experienced nothing but friendly, competent and first class service.

I started working with Amnet in January 2017 after we outgrew our previous IT provider. The staff at Amnet are very professional, respond quickly (usually within minutes) to problems, and have truly become our IT partner. They were willing to work with our budget, existing (some very old) equipment, and I feel are genuinely concerned that our computers and other tech are helping to contribute to our business goals instead of holding us back.

Amnet is as reliable as my dial tone! I'm very happy with the level of service Amnet provides our small non-profit. Amnet has been the "IT Department" to my small non-profit for several years now. They are very proactive, and we always get great response from them when we have issues. Sometimes (weekends) they fix a problem before I even know it has occurred. We have worked with them through several upgrades and system changes and have found them to be highly professional and capable.
In two cases, we have needed support that is above and beyond our contract, but Amnet handled the issues first and we worried about the (small additional) cost later. I'm highly satisfied with the price/performance I get from Amnet. We plan to continue to renew their contract and look forward to getting continued great service from them.
