WOW! I knew I had an external backup that probably didn't have much life left, but before I could get everything in order, it failed. I have a Mac, so I took it into one of the local Mac repair places to see if they could recover my data. I am a photographer and had thousand and thousands of images on this drive. The Mac place said it was toast and I needed to send it to California to some big firm to see if they had any luck.

Tom was great to work with. I had purchased a new computer and before I was able to move all my old data from my old computer to my new computer, my old computer crashed and I thought I had lost a lot of important data. I knew it wasn't a guarantee but fortunately Tom was able to recover all my data on my old computer and sent me step by step videos daily as he was doing this to keep me informed of how things were going. Then he went the extra mile and walked me through gettting my old data onto my new machine. He had also successfully recovered data for my son a few years ago. I highly recommend his services.
