Out of the five that I googled and attempted to contact, American Tech Support was the ONLY one that actually had a phone number and somebody answered on the second ring. The fact that I could actually speak with somebody was well worth the extra penny I was about to spend. I have to be honest, at first, I thought it was a little more than I could spend but it gets better. That same person came to my house the following day, was on time and really knew his stuff.
Very professional and personable. He did his job, did it well and even checked back a couple days later to make sure all was well. AND I even contacted them a few more days later with questions regarding the resources he suggested to keep my computer safe. Highly recommend and well worth every penny spent. It's one of those things, you get what you pay for! Thank you American Tech Support!
