I just had to write a review on Ron Farber. He is so knowlegeable about IT and Merchant Processing. I can't wait until I am finished with my Business phone contract so that I can install a VOIP system with him. I trust his advise and expertise and would highly recommend him for any and all of his services. He has been quite helpful in explaining what he knows. He even was able to help a client of mine with a quick fix he explained for no cost. My client was going to go out and buy a new modem which he did not need after speaking with Ron. Thank you Ron as I know I can trust you with my business and anyone I recommend!

I had an issue with one of our PCs and was on FiveStarIT's web-page. The chatbox popped up and Ron offered many solutions for me to try. I then got on the phone with him and he pointed me to Malware software that I could run. After I did that he remotely accessed my PC and immediately found the problem and showed me how to fix it. He is definitely my Go-To IT person. He took his time, was very cordial, highly knowledgeable and taught me a lot. He would not charge me, but we will be asking him to come in and do a few things for us for sure. EXCELLENT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! LamiaBSET IT SERVICE
