Over a century later, in the summer of 1986, HTS Voice & Data Systems was founded with the goal of helping San Antonio's small and medium sized businesses improve communications by providing business telephone system solutions. A graduate of Central Catholic High School and St. Mary's University, Rey has over 40 years in the Telecommunications industry. Upon receiving his Bachelors from St. Mary's University, he started with Southwestern Bell/AT&T as a management trainee in sales & marketing. He quickly proved his talents and repeatedly was one of the top producers in San Antonio.
