Ibraham walked me thru the setup process for our new Parts Transfer Printer. During the process we had a customer come in and that is when I discovered that the parts guys did not have access to any other printers. Ibraham was so kind to stop what we were doing and get both parts computers access to other printers. He was so understanding of us needing to take care of our customer even in the middle of what my initial call was for. That is wonderful customer service! Thank you Ibraham!

Being able to connect to my computer quickly, then letting me show him what is going on vs trying to explain. Checking the easiest ways to fix it first and resolving issue matter of a couple minutes. Very friendly people!
