Simeon was not only able to immediately diagnosis the issue over the phone, but he also was able to turn around the job within 24 hours (including pick-up and drop-off service). Laptop is running like new now. And he also provided an estimate up front and stuck to it. Overall, he was extremely accommodating in comparison to other competitors I consulted. I would absolutely recommend Vulcan Consulting to anyone with a computer issue.
