If you need your computer, printer, or scanner repaired, this should be your go-to. I've been a customer for almost 9 years now, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The type of customer service here is something you won't find at large, chain repair businesses. They are friendly, willing to go out of their way to make sure my repairs are up to my standards, and fast.

Attempted to leave multiple printers for fixing (I have 4 in total) got here at 1:50. Doors locked place looks closed. Called three times before someone picked up claiming they close at 1. I spoke with someone and wrote down their information that 8-2pm would be suitable for drop off on Friday. And 8-4:30 Monday through Thursday. He said they close at 1, hours posted are screen shot below. What a disappointment. Drove 30 minutes in traffic to be here.

I've been taking my office equipment here for a few years. Always great customer service and quick turnaround on repairs (usually 1-2 days). Prices are very fair. It's worth getting a free estimate before replacing your broken printer, scanner, etc. It's more affordable to take in your equipment than having them come out to your home since I think they have a minimum charge for home calls.
