Very bad communication with candidate. They just send e-mail to previous employers and if something goes wrong they don't try to resolve it. I tried to explain problem with e-mail of my previous employer, but support simply ignored my message and closed screening. I don't understand why somebody uses this service, It's do nothing aside sending emails

I go through screenings frequently because of my job. This was my first with Validata and the only bad experience I had. 5 reasons: - Documents asked took more than 2 full days of my time, eventhough I already had most of them ready. - They sent so many messages to my personal phone during weird hours. Very early in the morning or very late in the night.

It is not nice to receive Validata notifications first thing in the morning. It doesn't give peace, you know. - They didn't check my job experience properly although I mentioned it to their support. They send same email multiple times to my referee, which goes to spam. They could just spend 2 minutes to call the company and verify it, instead, they marked it as deviation.

I asked and they clearly refuse to call. - They made me upload the same documents multiple times. They can't process documents somehow on the first try. - False instructions for Certificate of Conduct. Overall very bad experience. FYI I am very sceptical with 5 star reviews, might be their own employees.

Quick and easy screenings process. Did not have to wait long for results, and the Support staff was very helpful when I had questions concerning GDPR etc.

A very easy, quick and smooth background screening. A digital and GDPR proof platform to upload personal and confidential documents and easy to see what the status is per screenings part. Yes, happy candidate.

Its one of the worst screening company I have worked with. They have very bad website, slow process of review and they are not even looking into people description field. Also they are not really doing their job, they force people to provide referee details otherwise they even not putting effort into finding it themselves, other screening companies doing that. I don't recommend anybody their services and I hope in current economic realities they will not operate with such bad quality of services.

I agree with Evgeniy. The website is terribly slow, which is weird considering that's the only product they offer. There is no human interaction inbetween (very clear considering any comments you make are just disregarded by a system message), and in general this feels like a glorified google forms process. Any company working with Validata is getting a terrible deal.
