They Will not answer the phone or return calls. They Will have you take the morning off work And say they will be there between 8 and 12 to then say they have a 3 hour window for delays.completely unprofessional and shows a blatant disregard for others time. It's too bad I am forced to use them for a warranty I purchased from Nebraska Furniture Mart.
