Justin is a partner of TTR, focusing much of his time in the daily operations of the company. Justin also oversees all business development aspects of TTR including sales, marketing and new client acquisition. He graduated from LaSalle University in 2003, studying Accounting and MIS, earning an E-Commerce Fellowship as well as his Microsoft Small Business Specialist Certification.

I run an electrical business and these guys handle all of my IT needs. Great, quick service. Rarely do I ever need to wait longer than 15 minutes before someone gets back to me about an issue I may be having. My point of contact there, Alex, is amazing. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I work for a small law firm, and my role involves working closely with our managed IT services provider. In the 10 years I've been in this role, we've gone through 3 different providers, and Total Technology Resources is - by far - the best. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful, it's easy to get in touch with them, they treat urgent matters with urgency, and it genuinely feels like they are concerned with the overall success of our firm - not just with completing tickets.
The owner and other senior staff are proactive in identifying issues that require their high-level expertise; I never have to beg them to escalate an issue. They also provide excellent long- and medium-term advice, work promptly on projects, etc. It feels like a partnership. Our commercial property management company has been using Total Tech Resources for about twenty years. When we first started using them it was just Justin and Jim. A mom and pop company. Now I believe they have over 15 employees. They are by far the best tech company we have ever worked with. We are on a monthly plan since we utilize their service rather frequent. Alex is by far my favorite. Every time when either my boss reaches out to them they respond asap. Very personable and highly recommend.

Our office has been with Total Tech for the past several years. Service has been good. My go to person is definitely Kevin. He always helps resolve any issues our office has incurred in a professional and timely manner no matter how big or small the technical issue. Another great tech is Alex. Whenever there were certain issues that needed immediate correction (and Kevin wasn't available) my next go to was Alex. We've been using Total Tech for years now and all the techs are great and have always been very helpful! But during this time, when were are all setting up remotely, they have gone above and beyond with their support for us transitioning to working from home.
