SWA really helped me when I was in a jam for some equipment for a conference. They provided exactly what we needed and even sent someone in early when I missed pick up and had to come the next day on my way out of town. I would use them again for sure.

Being in the Audio Visual Industry for over 15 years and working for different AV companies, I have been working with SWA for over 10 years. Their equipment is always in great shape, every time I have called with an issue the problem was rectified, their rates are extremely competitive, and all the staff are very friendly. Wanda has specifically purchased equipment to have in her inventory so SWA could supply the gear needs of the company I work for.

If I was running my own business I would absolutely rent from SWA. If you need to rent computer equipment, TVs, or other electronics, SWA is the place. I know it sound like an advertisement, but when I saw the one other review I had to post since SWA has always had great service. I am the Inventory Control Personnel at on of the Big Box hotels in SF.

I used to do deliveries for my current company, and another company many years ago, and I have no complaints. For the record, SWA is a rental company, they do not supply labor for setup. Their responsibility is to give the equipment to you and you take it from there, they are not a full service company. If you need help moving the equipment or setting up, hire a professional AV person from VTS or the Local 16.

I wish I can give zero stars. First, I get this guy in a van who brings three pieces of heavy metal and no dolly or anything to bring it out unless we carry 100 lb of material by hand. That's ok, I brought a dolly. But the juicier part is that the we carried all accountability, like "here you go, and good luck assembling it" with limited pieces. Plus, "we've been in the business for 20 years" so it's fine that the screws were missing and in non-uniform sizes. Let's just believe that it's true that they've been in the business for 20 years, does that mean SWA was supporting flat screens stands before they were even public? Impressive. *Not.* in their defense, they did respond to my phone calls and emails but all they say is that it's fine and not very helpful. I would not give them a chance to get you business, but if you do decide to, make sure you assemble it before they leave you stuck with it.
