Usually when I have to call IT, there is a long wait and some frustration. But Adam @ CCIO answered my call promptly and explained that he was finishing up a ticket and would work with me shortly. He then proceeded to communicate effectively and efficiently, explaining every step of the process until my issue was addressed and fixed. Very pleased and impressed, and won't dread calling IT again!

I have come to rely on Certified for all my computer needs, especially in times of Telehealth. For example, I spilled coffee on my work keyboard (ugh!) and within 90 minutes I was up and running on my home laptop for all my work needs.
