So I called dish network I have been with them many many years I scheduled an install with them only for them to tell me they couldn't do the install so I called southeastern satellite and Joel came out on time and took the time to figure out what was best for my situation he was very professional and nice I now have TV so thankful for Joel and the people at southeastern satellite I would highly recommend thank you

Joel with Southeastern Satellite was on time and very professional. He was very friendly and my family enjoyed the whole installation process. He explained the entire process of our installation and made sure that we understood it all. Joel over delivered on customer service and professionalism. Bill in the office took my initial call and was very friendly and helpful.

One word: Fantastic. I called these guys because I knew they were a reputable local business and I wanted to get either DirecTV or Dish. The rep I spoke with initially explained the differences, and I chose Dish because it seems better suited for my needs. The installers came out a few days later at the agreed upon time and set everything up. They took their time and installed the dish and 2 receivers exactly as requested.
You can tell these guys care about what they do and after I asked, both proudly said they had been with the company for 10 years. Give them a call if you are considering satellite TV. You'll be taken good care of.

We are very pleased with their prompt, efficient service! Dish installed our new dish when we upgraded to the hopper in the wrong place so that we were not getting our local channels in HD. When they would not fix the problem because they did not want to climb up on our 2-story home to change the dish out, we had to contact an independent retailer to move it and are very happy with the work Southeastern did! Would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right!
