I prefer to go here when I need something. Guys are always friendly and don't mind answering all my questions.

They were patient, and though in explaining what my options were. They could have easily sold me on a new computer, but they fixed mine efficiently in less time and at a lower cost than the estimate. Thank you, Simplified Computers.

I have been working with James both in my home and remotely for almost a year. He helped set-up a Mesh network system for four computers and two printers. He more recently integrated a One Drive to back-up the computers and cell phones. He is the consummate computer expert. He is very knowledgeable, articulate, and amazingly fast. As an aging computer user, I especially appreciate his calm, patient demeanor.

I took my laptop here to get the internal battery replaced. The original battery lasted 2 years. The replacement lasted 3 months, I called and was told I would have to pay the full price again for another battery, no thanks. I think they may have replaced mine with a cheaper or lower quality laptop battery.

I am so shocked by the service here! I am a college student with little to no knowledge about computers and spilled some coffee inside my charging port. I went to BestBuy and consulted several other businesses before making my way here. The man who helped me was SO kind and went the extra mile to see what he could do. For context, I have a Microsoft laptop which is notoriously tricky to get repaired. He did extra research for me and helped me figure out the problem within 30 minutes and I was on my way. So grateful for this business and cant recommend more:

Not sure why I'm getting asked to review them, but years ago I took an old laptop in to get the screen fixed and they were great! I usually recommend them to people when they need a quick fix on their stuff.

My husband and I recently brought his PC into Simplified Computers to troubleshoot some issues he was having. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Our experience was great from the moment we were greeted. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Our computer was fixed quickly and for a great price. I would definitely recommend checking this place out for any computer troubles you are having or to browse what they have on display for sale!

BEWARE OF SIMPLIFIED COMPUTERS: I had Simplified Computers install a "new" battery into my Mac. It could be the case they they lied and installed a used battery into my computer. Before I describe that, firstly know that for a battery install they charge almost $100 more than an Apple store. You're better off driving a couple hours up north to do it because then you know you're getting an actual Apple battery that is brand new, plus FOR FREE Apple will replace your keyboard if you have worn keys.

What's more, it seems like Simplified took too long to give my product back. Regardless, after only 6 months, the battery that they installed was garbage. It would not hold a charge for more than about an hour. Moreover, their battery exploded inside my computer by swelling up so big that it popped open the bottom case. Their solution to their customer was to charge me again to have them replace it, but this time they'd knock off about $50.

The Apple rep showed me that the battery that Simplified sold me had had 347 charge cycles, which according to the Apple rep "is suspicious." He said that it is very unusual that after only 6 months there are 347 cycles. Without saying it, it seemed insinuated that Simplified had so me a used battery. Simplified definitely sold me a defective battery.

Instead of good faith free replacement they wanted to charge me for yet another possibly used or defective battery plus charge labor (at a discount this time (yay)). They will say that they only have a 30 day warranty on batteries, etc., yeah yeah save it. Batteries usually last 30 days you thieves. And remember, the only reason that the battery broke after 30 days is because they sold me a defective, exploding, product.

This place is not honest, they do not want to help customers, and so AVOID them. They should know how painful it is to be without a computer because of their slow two weeks, plus their bad product caused me to lose 8 more days by taking it to Apple. If they would've simply replaced it with something new, they would've had a customer for life, making potentially thousands of dollars with me. Now they're getting reported to the Better Business Bureau. So ignorant.

I received excellent service from Jackie(Sp?) at Simply Computers. Not only did they have the power adapter cable, but he noticed and even corrected the loose hinge on my old laptop for free. Very impressed and recommended!

I took my laptop in Thursday night, since the screen was not working. They told me it would probably be Monday or Tuesday before someone would look at it & call back. They gave me their rates & ballpark costs for worse case scenario up front. The best part was they called me 25 hours later & it was a minor repair with only a 1 hr fee. On another visit they helped me find a screw small enough to fix my daughter's favorite headphones. They are good people.
