Sequent Information Systems

Way to expensive! $110 dollars an hour. I don't need a lawyer I just need my computer repaired. Also the customer service is lacking. Update: When I wrote this review I did not own my own business just for your information, I did it as a courtesy for everyone to know.

I have personally dealt with Sequent Information Systems for many years now. We are a multiple location business with different needs in each location. They have always been open and wiling to do whatever it takes to make technology work the way we need it to. The staff has always been professional, friendly and honest. I have and will in the future recommend Sequent to anybody.

Absolutely horrible and rude people who work at this place. The female that answered the phone was clueless as what I was asking about and when I finally was able to talk to somebody else after being on hold for over 15 minutes, the guy hangs up on me. Very arrogant on the phone and super expensive. I found someone else in town for less than half of what these clowns were asking to just put in a new router in my business network.

Nobody knows who these guys are anyway but just in case you heard stay away, stay far away! These greasy money hungry folks will try to get every cent out of you and then some.
