I have been in business for 36 years I have dealt with Jon and POS solutions for as long as I can remember. He is knowledgeable, helpful cooperative and honest. he is always there when I need him and always responds quickly because he know the importance of what a downed system can do to a business. We Have done business with John Poer at POSRS solutions for over 12 years. During this time he has installed and serviced multiple locations with as many as three different Concepts. We are in the process of Scaling one of our concepts and we will use POSRS in our future locations. John is knowledgeable with his product and remains on the forefront of new technology with what are the habits and trends of the retail customer today.

Our industry changes Rapidly and With the surge of the Contactless waive that's here to stay. We most recently added curbside and OLO features to our POS systems. John worked side by side with me and my team until all software platforms and updates were executing correctly and operating efficiently not only for our operations but most importantly for the end user.

Through my employer, I have done business with POS Retail Solutions, and have done so since 2011. I have had nothing but great experiences with the company as a whole, and have received excellent customer service from both Jon and Michael. They truly went the extra mile when first installing our customized system and have always been available for support. AWFUL! Don't waste your money! I own m business and habe delt with this compant several time. The man (and I use the word man very loosely ) I spoke to was not only ignorant but rude and immature. He has no idea what he is doing. I taped my conversations with him, he kept hanging up on me. Please, read the reviews before you waste your money. Very awful company and have no clue about customer service or the customers they serve. There are many, many better companies out there.

I am the owner of a local business here in the Birmingham area and I feel it necessary to warn anyone who's thinking of doing business with these folks to think twice! I was put in touch with John Poer, the owner of Retail Pos Solutions by a staff member of Church of the Highlands. After the initial consultation with John, I was never contacted or followed back up on.

I attempted to call him several times but was never called back. FInally after getting in touch with him again, I inquired at one point about the lack of interest and response by him and he became defensive and rude with me by stating that I was asking too many questions and had taken too much of his time up. He never apologized about his behavior and basically told me to get lost.
