People have all been nice.but nothing but problems, they can't fix my issue. Have to load web pages up to 10 plus times, speeds vary, equipment fails.etc. Starlink is coming, can't wait to cancel this. Update: Got Starlink, easy to install and working great. No more failure to load web pages, no streaming issues, no dropped connections. Canceled my service and Oacys will not provide a refund for the remaining time that I had left on the monthly bill that I paid in advance because they said I used too much data already.

Not a good business model with the other options currently available such as Starlink that has no data limits, is roughly the same price and absolutely dwarfs their service in both upload and download speeds. I'm in the mountains and pushing 200mbs download and 15mbs upload.

I've had this wifi for 3 years and and am unsatisfied the download speed and upload speed are ridiculously pathetic and the price for the speeds are overpriced I play games and it's horribly trash packets loss is terrible and ping is not good all in all the wifi company is stuck in the 1970s.

Service technicians are indeed friendly. Here's the issue. It's 2019! Streaming tv shows & movies is how customers are utilizing the internet. In addition to working from home on laptops & computers. What appears obvious is complete surprise when internet speeds drop to a snail pace. Even when we weren't home for 5 consecutive days, our account showed data being used. Oacys provided router is inaccessible to customer.

You must call their office & give them your password. So, in 2019, this company THROTTLES SPEEDS & will unflinchingly reply that too much data is being used. As much as I dislike big internet providers, if you live in Porterville, stick with Spectrum.

Horrible service when I am suppose to get 8 MB's a second I get around 200kbs. Then we overage at 100 gbs which is nothing compared such as charter which is way cheaper by the way have unlimited. Also, I am a gamer and when I play on my internet I have around 100 ping.

Great local staff! Super friendly and helpful in getting my parents setup for service. Very reliable Internet so far, major upgrade over the satellite service they were using.

This is THE BEST Internet Service Provider, period! I've had service with them for 2 years so far, and it has always been consistently fast and reliable even during peak periods of the day. Whenever I had any questions I was able to reach them right away. One of the best things about dealing with this local company is that a real person answers the phone, and quickly - no hold times or automated systems! I wish I could give them 20 stars but we'll have to settle for five.

We were searching for another internet service provider and everybody we talk to had the same issues. So far we are happy with the service the speed does not seem to be faster than our old service however we have access to a lot more data.

Not good internet service if you live in the middle of no where. My son was never able to game online. They tamper with the speed, which is based on the 30 day usage. We never got out of low priority. Even after bumping it up from their $50 plan to $100. We finally switched to unwired broadband for about the same price. I'm hoping this will be much better.

Unfortunately they could not provide the service I requested however, their prompt response was nothing short of amazing! If I need anything that is in their area of expertise I will definitely call them.!

Just got internet service installed this morning. The Sergio the installer was polite and quick with the install. I did not have the wireless router at the time of install but Sergio explained to me what I had to do when I connected the router. After getting a router I called the help line and spoke with Martin who walked me through the router connection process. Very satisfied overall.

Had a bad experience! Didn't know backstabbing was their line of work! I used to be one their best customers until this happened! Moved to Visalia from Porterville and had them hook me up with internet service because AT&T was having issues with their service having slow internet so I canceled them for OACYS. Unfortunately, their internet service was a lot slower than AT&T's. Called to complain about their slow internet but was told that's that way it is and I'm stuck with it!

Because of their bad attitude I decided to cancel instantly and just go back to AT&T despite their slowness as well. Their technician came by to take their equipment from the roof of my house but left the metal frame (or bracket) on my roof! Didn't realize they did this until they already left in a big hurry, pretty much pouting and mad because I canceled their service (GROW UP PEOPLE!).

I phoned them and left a message saying they left their crap behind on my house roof, no response or reply! To this day it's still on my roof! I also had a bad experience with taking my computer to them to have a new hard drive installed but they had no idea how to install it and it took over 2 weeks to do it. They had it done days prior to the two weeks but never phoned me to tell me that it was ready until I phoned them!

When I asked why didn't they call me they just giggled and replied "I don't know?" Really!? Not very professional in my book! And then they were snobby when I went to pick it up! Gee, did I bother you on your 8-hour lunch break!? I had also asked them to make my new hard drive the default letter setting ("C" DRIVE) but didn't even get that right! Ended up being the "I" DRIVE instead! If they couldn't do the job right why didn't they just tell me!? Instead they lied to me! Are you sure you're a "professional" computer service?

I used these guys for several years without problems. Sadly, their limited bandwidth and charges for going beyond the limit made me leave for other wireless service providers who don't limit my use. I see they have changed their billing structure somewhat which may help. Overall, this is a good service if you can stay within their guidelines.
