I had a wonderful experience with this place, my audio-recorder was giving me trouble, and all other places wanted 40$ just to look at it, but Jay in Pelican Computers checked it out plugging it into his computer and figured out that the problem was the rusted cord and not the gizmo itself, he wanted to give me a replacement cord for free but I insisted on paying a little for it, this is such a difference from most places who want cash just for a consultation! Thank you so much, Jay, you are awesome! I will bring all my broken electronics to you in the future, because you are a wonderful person.
