PC Gold

I've gone to PC Gold several times in an attempt to shop for one off pc components. Their customer service has been great. Their prices as of about a week ago aren't competitive with the online market for things like GPUs and monitors, but they know their stuff. If you're not confident about what you need pc wise I'd recommend you give them a chance to help. I'd feel more confident sending a family member to PC Gold over something like Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Dumb to go with my mac questions but guy was funny about it and i learned stuff, seemed cool for pc stuff like the name suggests

Was surprised that they weren't aware that you can't play ultra 4k movies without having an SGX supported Intel Processor and motherboard. Not that many play movies on their laptop or desktop devices.

PC runs great. Some things were not mentioned in regards to price point leading the costs to be more than I was originally quoted. Also was told everything was setup and ready to go, when it was not. I had to go back for a few things that didn't get put in the box. Also had to tinker with some stuff myself on the software side to complete my setup and get access to my main hard drive.

Aside from some miscommunication and minor oversight, the PC is very powerful and runs MS Fight Sim 2020 on max flawlessly. My advice is double check your work before confirming it with the customer. Folks pay a good chunk of money for this stuff, so please be accurate. Beyond that great service and amazing machine.

Great place with friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. Our laptop died, wouldn't charge or anything. They, for a very reasonable price, were able to rescue everything in memory. Now we only have to load all that data, songs pictures email, etc into the new laptop.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. I was greeted and was asked if I needed help right after walking through the door. Very great inventory as well! They even had the ryzen 5000 series processor that I couldn't find anywhere else

Basic and cheaply made parts and it shows. Did not carry any of the gaming name brand components or even things for basic things for repairs like thermal pads for graphics cards. In the world that we live in currently this would be a great thing for a computer store to sell as you can't get graphics cards so a lot of us are having to redo thermal paste and thermal pads depending on how bad they are or if you're switching your graphics card over to an AIO it's a good idea to replace these things
