Paul has lived in Lebanon since 1997. He was a police officer in Southern California in the 80's, and after becoming disabled in a diving accident, he moved to Oregon. He has been working with computers since 1975 when his father built a "home brew" computer. He has worked as a Technical Support Agent and Call Center Manager for the Supra Corporation and Diamond Multimedia in Albany and a Support Center Manager for Peak Internet. He works part time at the Lebanon and Sweet Home LBCC campuses, teaching a variety of computer classes.
Services
Other labor such as troubleshooting, soldering, data recovery is all billed the hourly rate. Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair, prior to release of the repaired machine. Have Paul build you a brand new state of the art computer to replace that slow, dying old one. Each System carries a full 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

I emailed back and forth with Paul and he was fast at responding and we set up an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and he either wasn't there or didn't answer the door. His van was outside, so I assumed that he was there but just didn't answer. I tried calling about 4-5 times, emailed him just as many times about the appointment, and anything else I could think of.
He completely ghosted me, hasn't called back or emailed me at all. Super weird! Because my issue was time sensitive, I went to a different that charged about less than HALF the price. Paul charges $75, this other place charged $35 an hour. Really really disappointed, I wouldn't even be leaving a review now if he had gotten back to me in the week or so since. Definitely not coming back here, now that I know there are cheaper, faster, and more reliable places close by
