Outside the Box Technology Solutions is an area leader in SaaS (Software as a Service) and Cloud based computing solutions for small businesses. Our entire business is based on SaaS and Cloud based Computing, we use Google Apps for Email, Calender, Document Management, Intranet and Contact Management. Our time and billing system is online based and integrated in to our Google Apps domain. Our computer systems are all backed up to the cloud utilizing Mozy Professional backup software.
All of the services that we offer to clients, are services that we at Outside the Box Technology Solutions use to mange and run our business. If we don't use the service we don't offer it to our customers. Our goal is to provide the most cost effective solutions to our customers and give them outside of the box access to their data. Outside of the box access is the ability to connect to your business systems from anyplace you are and have access to the internet with a web browser.
The old way of thinking is all of your data is stored locally on your computer. When you want, you simply login to your computer and access it. This is generally great until, you want to access your system from out of the office, your computer hard drive crashes, or your system is infected by spyware and viruses and you are unable to access your data. Restoring your system is a time consuming process, that can be done generally in a few hours from your backups. You did back up your system right?
