Please add several options to select devices, not just 1 device or 5 devices. I hope 2 or 3 devices option will be added so that the options are multiple. And I hope that the option to choose the country I want will be added in the VPN connection, the same as the rest of the programs are available, and thank you

I do not condone the pop up nonsense to sell products. Since they day I bought my laptop, I have been harassed non-stop by this company to buy their product. This is the number one reason I will never purchase it. On top of that, since my laptop came with a free very short subscription, it seems this company may be the reason that my browser search engine keeps defaulting to Yahoo.

Just because a company has contracted with you, does not mean (especially when I have an expired subscription!) that anyone should be able to attempt to force me to use OTHER companies services I don't want.

Mcafee has the worst customer support. They have been charging for several years on an expired card and there isn't any way to contact them to to cancel and get a refund. If you call the phone number you get a busy signal if you use the web site you get the run around you can't even send them an e-Mail.

I was charged with auto renewal and can't for the life of me figure out how to get a refund. They also somehow got my new card information and charged me without even calling me. Can't get anyone on the phone for customer service. It's terrible

Terrible customer service have spent five 15 minute calls waiting to or an refund on an unsolicited repeat withdrawal from my account

Terrible customer service, was on hold for 45 minutes (multiple times) and no human to talk to. Canceled the subscription back in September and they took out $ for a renewal. Time to get a hold of the bank a dispute the charge.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service! literally called over and over again can't talk to anybody. took 93$ out of account without my permission. Do not use mcafee!

Kushboo Saji was extremely helpful in solving the issues in the registration of the McAfee LiveSafe subscription. On the chat, when I did not reply for some time, she followed up and called my mobile. It was amazing. Kudos to her! Problem solved.

Stole all my money. I called the number on their official website for a refund of the automatic renewal and got scammed via remote access to my computer. Since I made sure to visit only their official website I thought that was normal. I'm out ALL of my hard earned money. And then the scammers had the audacity to flirt with me. Never has this happened in my life any I've never been so thoroughly stressed, upset, and disgusted with both this company and myself. I will see about any legal actions that I can take while i have my computer professionally cleaned.

Very, very disappointing services and customer support. I wish more consumers could be aware of how frustrating this company is! Twice I have paid through the link in the expired desktop version of McAfee on my Macbook only for them to take my credit card payment and tell me my subscription is still expired. Customer support is rude and not willing to help.

They definitely have that "customer is always wrong" mentality. That you for taking my $200. I hope it serves you well. I'll see if I have better luck calling the number chat support was so kind to give me. Oh, and if anyone from Verizon reads this, chat support was quick to blame the issues on you : "It's Verizon, you'll have to check with them." Don't worry, you guys are good to go. The email address my phone bill comes to every month is DEFINITELY the correct one.

After my computer crashed and I lost my hard drive information, I asked McAfee for my account to be transferred to my tablet for the remaining 6 months. I spoke with 7 reps at Corporate and they would not accommodate me. I was treated rudely and treated like a liar. The rep said she would delete my auto renewal and deleted my current account information and said be polite and insinuated it is her word against mine.

I just wanted a partial refund and ended up paying $54 for 6 months. I had issues with McAfee for a couple of years who gives very limited if any information at all. They proved they did not want me for a customer and that they do not trust their customer. They hang up on people and start fights with customers so they can hang up and charge them. They lie about what Country they are in and gang up on people. They forced me to pay double.
