What a nightmare! We thought NETS was a serious company, but they truly don't care about the quality of their service. We sent an application for an online payment solution and after 3 months of waiting it was still "in process". We called their customer service, onboarding team and senior account manager countless times and got no help AT ALL - just apologies and unkept promises. Please do not waste your time with this bunch of incompetents!

Had a very bad experience as an employee. I was discriminated against at work and when I called it out, I was threatened to stay silent. And guys there behaved like this was normal.

I've tried to contact nets, but it is impossible to get a person on the line, and automatic information is hopeless. I am very frustrated, and I cannot believe, how they can survive as a business with such a non-excisting customer socalled service. Unfortunately nets has monopoly, so nowhere else to go.
