Ok little gym but the staff are very rude, don't even look up from the computer screen to greet you and speak to you appallingly when they do. Take your money elsewhere, where the instructors know what they are talking about when it comes to fitness

Gym & Tonic may not be the biggest club I've ever joined but they are certainly the friendliest, the equipment and machines are spotless, the Staff are only too pleased to help you, I love my mornings with you, I've only joined from 30.12.21 but already my body shape has changed and will continue to do so. Best decision I have made for myself in a long time to join Gym & Tonic.

Nice buzz and great choice of Equipment. I joined in December had a good intro and given a fitness plan staff always happt to help and knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good equipment. Baskets or similar in showers would be useful. Perhaps reduce pressure of showers- may save water and obviate need for people to keep doors opens while showering.

Iam very pleased with Gym and Tonic very supportive and friendly Staff facilities are very good. I had been diagnosed with Cidp a neurological disease, I lost my legs and hand functions I was on sticks and could not walk or get up stairs, With the help of gym and tonic and staff set me up a program of strength and balance I am getting a lot better and am walking with no sticks and get up stairs even managed a small run Thanks all at Gym and Tonic. Joined many gyms in the past and never stuck at them, but I'm really enjoying this gym, feel very comfortable using the ladies area, friendly helpful staff. Would recommend.

I absolutely love this gym! The kit is fantastic, classes are brilliant - there is something for everyone and you can always gets on them. Other members are really friendly and courteous (not hogging kit etc). The Instructors are also very knowledgeable and the bespoke programmes they write up are so brilliant - makes the workout fun and means you learn how to use all the equipment effectively. Five stars for a five star service!
