Network Factor is the only IT company that is SO GOOD that I feel compelled to write a review. My company has used several IT services in the past which were all the same - very impersonal, worked on their time frame, no matter what the issue or how urgent it was we submitted a ticket and waited and waited and waited. But not with Network Factor! They actually CARE about providing GREAT SERVICE and EXCELLENT IT support! Richard and Matthew establish a personal working relationship with you from the beginning and then STAY with you along with their exceptional staff. Normal, everyday items can still be submitted on a ticket (which they address very quickly), but for urgent issues they actually talk with you and resolve the problem immediately.
They are available 24/7 and never cease to amaze me with the amount of knowledge and expertise they and all of their 'hand-picked' staff possess. Whatever your IT needs are, large or small, basic or complex, I highly recommend Network Factor!

I have worked for NWF as an employee and am currently a contractor for them. The quality of service they demand for their customers is second to none. They have a very rare focus on customer experience that I have never seen before. We go out of our way to know faces and remember names and create a very personalized service for each employee of each customer.
It helps that the boss cultures a family type atmosphere for anyone working for/with him. If you want no-nonsense service from professionals you will eventually call friends, there is no substitute for Network Factor!
