Became completely unethical and creepy over time. I hired Network Doctors to set up and manage my home system, and now that I am choosing to go elsewhere because I was treated disrespectfully and unethically, the owner of the company is refusing to give me the credentials and passwords to the accounts he installed for me, yet he is demanding he get paid after I spent tens of thousands of dollars paying for work that he was clearly double billing.
Often making house calls, he spent his time at my home walking in and out of rooms at his leisure, roaming my files, eating food in my kitchen and talking to other clients while charging me for his time. I would not recommend getting wrapped up in working with this company because if anything goes wrong, he will not be ethical in passing your system over to someone new.
I am now paying thousands & thousands of dollars for a new tech to come in and completely rebuild my system. While very well-versed in technology & computers, Billy becomes very manipulative, demeaning and unbusinesslike once he gets wrapped around your home system.
