Rick is thoughtful, his communications are concise, and he produces results. I am growing a small business into a larger one and he has been invaluable in that process.

If you have any computer issues whatsoever Rick is your guy. He was professional, courteous, explained things in laymen terms and was an all around nice guy. Great experience! I called Ness Computers to have Rick go through my daughter's laptop before she starts her 3rd year of nursing school. We are not very good at knowing what we need on our computers and what we don't. Rick was able to access her laptop remotely and clean it up for her. Our organization has worked with Rick for almost 20 years! As a non-profit we don't always have the budget for top of the line, expensive equipment but his knowledge and patience kept most of our old equipment going through the years. He also assisted us through two moves to new locations. Since transitioning to laptops and the cloud years ago we don't need his services as much but whenever we do he's quick to respond.
