Our company has been using MyIT.com as our IT service and support for nearly 20 years. If you are in the D/FW area, there is not a better company to hire for IT support. They are friendly, responsive, and genuine care about their clients. They not only help clients stay up-to-date on the latest software and hardware, but look for ways to help clients save money on those as well. Definitely worth the hire!

They could have the best customer service ever and I don't care. I don't appreciate being sent marketing materials in a padded envelope and these dummies didn't put enough postage on it so I had to pay $3.10. I PAID MONEY for garbage marketing. Almost called the police because the company name wasn't on the package, just the address and the president of the company couldn't verify she ordered anything.

So I called to verify with them they actually sent it to us. They indeed did. Very stupid. I cannot stress this enough. Great marketing. I'll never forget the time we have a malicious looking package show up to the workplace and we had to pay for it.
